Description
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations and drive sales performance at our store in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and increase profitability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels to ensure availability of products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Salary - Upto 9 LPA.
Note - 1) We don't charge any fees or money from the Candidate.
2) This will be on-roll to the Client only, with no third-party payroll.
