Position: Store Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Working Days & Timing: 6 Days Working | Rotational Timings 10 AM to 6 PM or 12 PM to 10 PM | No off on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Experience: 3+ years in Apparels / Retail
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Age: Up to 31 years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, customer service, and inventory management.
- Monitor and improve store performance, sales, and profitability.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in apparel retail, with 3+ years in store management.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage peak store hours effectively.
