Job Description (JD) – Store Manager | Retail Apparel (EBO – Exclusive Brand Outlet)

Location: Gurugram and Noida
Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, leading the store team, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving profitability for the retail apparel EBO.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive store revenue and maximize conversion.
- Responsible For Walkin Generations and Sales Revenue Growth.
- Develop local marketing and sales initiatives.
2. Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
- Maintain SOP compliance and operational excellence.
- Monitor opening/closing procedures and store security.
- Handle cash management and billing operations.
3. Team Management
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop store staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance reviews and motivate teams.
- Build a customer-centric work culture.
4. Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Build customer loyalty and repeat business.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
- Manage stock availability and replenishment.
- Control shrinkage and inventory loss.
- Conduct stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams.
6. Visual Merchandising
- Ensure store displays meet brand guidelines.
- Maintain attractive product presentation.
- Execute promotions and seasonal campaigns.
7. Reporting & MIS
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Analyze business performance and suggest improvements.
- Track inventory and operational KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Degree/Diploma in Retail Management is an advantage.
Experience Required:
- 5–10 years in retail apparel operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as Store Manager in Apparel EBO
Preferred Industry Background:
- Apparel Retail, Fashion Retail, Lifestyle, Footwear, Department Stores, Multi-Brand Outlets.
Salary--up to 4.80 Lacs PA
