About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate STEM Faculty to lead hands-on, project-based learning sessions across domains such as Robotics, Coding, IoT, Electronics, and Design Thinking for K12 students. The role demands both teaching excellence and the ability to deliver engaging, maker-style experiences aligned with the school's innovation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct hands-on STEM sessions across grades (312) focused on Robotics, Coding, Electronics, AI, and Design Thinking.
- Facilitate project-based learning (PBL) aligned with curriculum modules and innovation goals.
- Guide students through prototype development using sensors, microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP, etc.), and fabrication tools.
- Support curriculum execution, lesson delivery, and assessment planning.
- Maintain lab equipment, ensure safety standards, and manage classroom resources.
- Collaborate with curriculum architects to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare students for exhibitions, competitions, and innovation showcases.
- Drive curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving among learners.
Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's/Master's degree in STEM disciplines (Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Physics, or related).
- 14 years of experience in teaching or delivering STEM/Robotics/Coding programs.
- Proficiency in programming (Python, Scratch, C/C++ for Arduino).
- Working knowledge of robotics kits, sensors, and prototyping tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with project-based learning (PBL) methodologies.
- Experience with 3D printing, CAD, or IoT tools is an advantage.
