Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled STEM Trainer to deliver engaging, practical, and project-based STEM training sessions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students through experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive STEM training sessions for students.
• Teach Robotics, Arduino, IoT, Electronics, Programming, and AI fundamentals.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and technical activities.
• Guide students in developing innovative STEM projects.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment content.
• Create an engaging and collaborative classroom environment.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest STEM technologies and teaching methodologies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Robotics, Arduino, Electronics, IoT, and Programming.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
• Passion for teaching, innovation, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in STEM training, Robotics, Coding, Electronics, IoT, or technical education.
• Experience in conducting workshops, mentoring student projects, or delivering hands-on training will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Arduino, sensors, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
• Knowledge of Scratch, Python, C/C++, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with project-based learning and STEM education.
• Ability to conduct hackathons, innovation challenges, and technical competitions.
