Statutory Compliance Officer

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Statutory Compliance Officer. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance requirements, monitoring and managing compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and identifying and mitigating compliance risks. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication and support financial, legal, and risk management processes within the organization.

• Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify compliance gaps, and develop solutions.
• Effective Communication skills to ensure clear interactions with stakeholders and reporting of compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Finance to understand financial regulations and ensure accurate compliance tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Understanding of statutory frameworks and experience in conducting audits is preferred.
