Staff Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Product Management team at SolarWinds. This role requires strong product strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership to define priorities, drive roadmap outcomes, and deliver customer value at scale. The team is responsible for shaping product direction, translating customer and market insight into clear plans, and partnering across the business to deliver simple, powerful, and secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for key product initiatives.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and business goals into clear product requirements and outcomes.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Owners, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Prioritize features, trade-offs, and investments based on customer impact, business value, and data.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on product direction, scope, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Track product performance and use insights to guide iteration, improvement, and future planning.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and value clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in software or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and execute roadmaps for complex products or platforms.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support.
• Ability to turn customer, market, and data insights into clear product decisions and requirements.
• Experience writing epics, requirements, and product documentation with strong attention to clarity and detail.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
