As a senior member of the team you will help shape the strategy of Acrobat's mobile experiences that auFB00ect a billion users globally. You will work closely with cross- functional teams to drive impactful user experiences across our mobile products Acrobat Reader and Scan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and skilled in creating compelling and engaging experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Collaboratewithproductmanagers,engineers,andotherdesignerstodeuFB01ne designrequirementsanddeliverexceptionalexperiences.
• Organize and facilitate design-led workshops and alignment meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Explore design ideas through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes. Deliver high-uFB01delity designs that euFB00ectively illustrate user uFB02ows and interactions. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to simplify complex problems, create a plan, and take action even in ambiguous circumstances.
• Combine strong communication skills with a user-centered perspective to inuFB02uence and persuade.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's/Masteru2019sdegreeinDesign,Human-ComputerInteraction,arelateduFB01eld,orequivalentpracticalexperience.
• ProuFB01ciency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices for mobile design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to euFB00ectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of working independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working iteratively with engineering teams to bring the design vision to life.
• Excellent design craftsmanship combined with strong business intuition.
