We seek an Staff Analyst-FP&A to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role would report to the Business Intelligence Senior Manager in Mumbai, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance the Service Department forecasting processes across our global business (rolling forecasts, quarterly, annual and long-range planning)
  • Prepare month and quarter-end reporting and presentations for leadership, providing analysis to support short and long-term decisions
  • Develop tools and lead initiatives to improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting for our global business
  • Partner with multiple business departments to develop thoughtful forecasts, monitor changes and gain deep insights into variance drivers, enabling the business to proactively respond
  • Measure OKR's for service leadership on periodic basis and drive continuous improvements
  • Identify and quantify financial/operational risks and opportunities for the business
  • Drive ad-hoc business projects as necessary

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical role
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and planning processes
  • Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex analysis into insights that influence decisions
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and build solutions that scale
  • Deep expertise in Excel and financial modeling
  • Proficiency with dashboarding tools like Tableau or other BI tools
  • Skills with Oracle Applications, Salesforce, SQL, Python, etc.
  • Big 4 Consulting experience a plus

Education:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or other technical field, MBA a plus
