Job Description
As a Deputy Manager in the Domestic Business department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development of our product portfolio. You will be expected to use your technical knowledge and project management skills to ensure the successful completion of product development projects. You will also be responsible for solving any problems that arise during the development process.
Principal Accountabilities
Oversee the entire product development process, from concept to market launch.
Use your technical knowledge to guide the development team and ensure the product meets the required standards and specifications.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure the successful completion of product development projects.
Solve any problems that arise during the development process, using your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor relationships to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
Manage sales of the product, using your business and commercial acumen to maximize profitability.
Foster an entrepreneurial culture within the team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Use your global mindset to understand and cater to the needs of customers in different markets.
Ensure people excellence within the team by providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members.
