1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our University's Courses.
2. Explain Courses features and benefits to customers.
3. Identify and qualify sales leads.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
5. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
6. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
7. Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
10. Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
1. Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role is a plus.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to persuade and close sales deals.
4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
5. Basic computer skills.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. Knowledge of Educational Courses Sales is a plus.
