Job Description: Sr. Travel Advisor (Holiday Packages Sales)
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Advisor with a primary focus on selling holiday packages. As a Travel Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients in selecting and booking their dream vacations. Your expertise in holiday packages, destination knowledge, and exceptional sales skills will enable you to provide personalized recommendations and create memorable travel experiences for our clients.
Sales and Consultation:
Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired experiences.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of holiday packages and destinations to recommend suitable options.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of various holiday packages to inspire clients to make a booking.
Offer exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless booking process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Conduct comprehensive research on destinations, including attractions, accommodations, transportation, and local activities, to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
Develop a thorough understanding of the holiday packages available, including their itineraries, pricing, and special offers.
Customization and Itinerary Planning:
Tailor holiday packages to meet clients individual needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with clients to design personalized itineraries, considering their preferred activities, interests, and duration of stay.
Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and local partners to arrange travel logistics, accommodations, transfers, and additional services.
Sales Target Achievement:
Actively promote holiday packages and strive to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and foster repeat business.
Continuously engage in professional development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout their travel experience.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Previous experience in travel sales, preferably with a focus on holiday packages.
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, including attractions, accommodations, and local culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
Proactive and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and technology.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and outside regular business hours, as required.
