Basic Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelors of Science degree in any Technical, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
  • 8+ years experience in Scrum teams management
  • Good understanding of technical solutions, Strong communication skills, with the ability to track and keep project milestone on track.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities:


  • Lead the IAM team on delivering functionalities to support the business needs including on-boarding, certifications, integrations etc. Remove impediments to the team productivity by shielding them from outside influences.
  • Expertise with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. This includes understanding Agile ceremonies, artifacts, and roles, and being able to adapt and apply Agile practices to the project context.
  • Proficiency in ADO (Azure DevOps) Management, including managing work items, backlog, sprints, and releases. This includes setting up and managing boards, defining and tracking work items, and ensuring smooth collaboration between various teams dev, test, arch, ops and product.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, working closely with the Product Owner and development team to ensure that the most valuable and feasible features are delivered. This includes refining and prioritizing user stories, estimating effort, and ensuring that the backlog is well-maintained and aligned with business priorities.
  • Risk management and progress reporting including tracking metrics and generating reports to provide visibility into project progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and operations, to ensure smooth and coordinated software development and delivery. This includes hosting daily stand-ups, providing input and guidance to the development team, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to business analysis and ADO Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and present findings and recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, embracing change and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work both independently and in various team settings.
  • Flexible to accommodate time-zones as teams are geographically dispersed.

Preferred skills:


  • Understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle models, version control systems, and software testing practices is desirable.
  • Functional understanding of Privilege Access Management (PAM) capabilities
  • Managed PAM scrum teams and jira backlogs to deliver on PAM objectives and risk reduction initiatives
