Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Content Development Lead to drive the creation of high-quality educational content for workshops, bootcamps, and courses related to robotics, drones, self-driving cars, and other advanced technologies. This role will be integral to our mission of equipping students with the knowledge and skills to thrive in cutting-edge tech industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Course Development: Design and develop comprehensive learning materials for workshops, bootcamps, and online courses in areas such as robotics, drones, self-driving cars, and IoT.
• Workshop Design: Lead the creation of hands-on, practical workshops that involve students in real-world projects related to advanced technologies. This includes designing course modules, guides, and project-based activities.
• Student Engagement: Develop interactive content that encourages students to engage deeply with topics, ensuring learning outcomes are met.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in robotics, drones, self-driving cars, and IoT. Incorporate the latest advancements into the content to keep it relevant and cutting-edge.
• Prototypes and POCs: Build prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate advanced technologies and hands-on project applications for students
• Quality Assurance: Ensure content is pedagogically sound, technically accurate, and easy to understand. Review and revise materials to maintain high standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the program managers, content developers, and technology teams to ensure the content is delivered effectively across multiple platforms.
• Training and Mentorship: Support and guide junior content creators in their content development tasks.
• Guiding students to secure internships and placements in robotics and advanced technologies, helping them integrate academic learning with practical industry experience.

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content development or curriculum design for advanced technologies, especially in robotics, drones, self-driving cars, or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of current trends and advancements in robotics, IoT, AI, and related technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present them in an engaging and understandable way.
• Prior experience with instructional design, creating hands-on learning experiences, and using e-learning platforms is a plus.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: ROS (Robot Operating System) Exposure is must
