Understanding Job Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and duties of the open positions.
Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screening:Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and fit for the role
Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain daily reports
Requirement
Minimum of 1.5 years of US voice recruitment experience
US healthcare recruitment experience a plus
Working hours: 9 hours 6:30 PM IST till 3:30 AM IST (April - Sep) and 7:30 PM till 4:30 AM (Oct- March)
