Sr. Quality Manager – Finance & Accounting (F&A)

Location: Mumbai or Bangalore

Conneqt Digital is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Quality Manager with a strong background in Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence to optimize our Finance and Accounting processes. Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and Accounting (F&A) functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Record to Report.
• Execute data-driven root cause analysis and challenge existing workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Promote process harmonization and drive the transition to automated environments.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of optimized F&A processes.
• Facilitate the implementation of new services, ensuring alignment with operational goals and best practices.
• Oversee and mentor teams on operational excellence methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Educational: Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Science.
• Technical Skills:
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification with hands-on project execution experience.
• Proficiency in applying operational excellence methodologies to transactional processes within F&A.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with shared service environments and automation tools is a plus.
• Other Requirements:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
