Job Title:Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead (Night Shift)
Experience:5+ years in full-stack development, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role
Shift:7 PM to 4 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop scalable SaaS and ERP-based products.
- Design, build, and maintain APIs and integrations usingPythonandFrappe Framework.
- Develop and customize ERP applications usingFrappe/ERPNext.
- Work withPostgreSQLor other relational databases.
- Oversee front-end development usingReactorVue.js.
- Manage deployments usingLinuxandDocker.
- Collaborate with distributed teams and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills
- Strong backend experience inPythonandFrappe/ERPNext.
- Expertise inPostgreSQLor similar RDBMS.
- Hands-on experience withReactorVue.js.
- Solid understanding ofLinux,Docker, andDevOps workflows.
- Proven experience inSaaSandERPproduct development.
Preferred Experience
- VoIP / Telecom systems: SIP, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or Twilio.
- ERP customization(Odoo or ERPNext).
- Leadership experience instartups or scale-ups.
Nice to Have
- Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Knowledge ofMicroservicesandAPI gateways.
