We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead high-impact digital initiatives, enhancing both in-store and online customer experiences. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and continuous optimization—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success.

• Lead digital product initiatives focused on customer journey enhancement
• Manage the complete product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and optimization
• Translate business needs into clear product roadmaps and features
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams for timely delivery
• Drive Agile processes including sprint planning and product reviews
• Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback for continuous improvement
• Conduct market research and customer insights to guide product decisions
• Manage budgets, resources, and ensure operational alignment

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and complex digital products
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, Mixpanel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Tier 1 institute background (preferred)
