As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing and creating exceptional user experiences for our digital products. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and gathering requirements to prototyping, wireframing, and delivering visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that the design vision is aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research activities, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and preferences.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines, usability best practices, and industry standards.
Interaction Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly interactions, micro-interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance the user experience.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Design Guidelines: Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them improve their skills and grow professionally.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and apply them to enhance the design process and deliver innovative solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Academic Certification in Design from premier institutes.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and user research methodologies.
