Inviting applications for the role of Sr Process Associate - Support Engineer

In this role, We are looking for a Uipath Support Engineer , whose objective is to support Automations in production.


.Scheduling andmonitoring automations

.Schedule and run robotic jobs as needed for operations and monitor Bots in Blue Prism platform

.Monitor control room jobs status and connected status

  • Off shore support with rolling shifts.

.Support monthly password reset activities and coordinate communication when needed with LOB and internal partners

.Monitor system exceptions

.Recommend continuous improvements to management team and drive efficiencies within control room functions

.Action Maintain current schedules and rules

.Complete Virtual Machine (VM) restarts as part of regular monitoring to ensure Automations are functioning as expected

.Track and monitor SLAs for governance and control

.Ensure support SLAs are met

.Call out to L2/L3 as needed

.Coordinate with client operations and IT to test and deploy fixes

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications


.Experience in production support / ITSM will be an asset

.Good communication skills, proficient in English

.Experience in problem solving and design.

Preferred qualifications

.Experience in Banking domain

.Experience in RPA platform is preferred.

.Certified in RPA tool is preferred.
