Planning & Scheduling:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Coordinate with project teams to align schedules with scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes or delays.
  • Identify critical path activities and ensure timely execution.

Construction Management

  • Supervise and manage site construction activities as per project plans and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with design, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
  • Address on-site issues and provide engineering solutions.

Resource & Cost Management

  • Monitor material, labor, and equipment requirements and optimize their usage.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and cost control measures.
  • Evaluate project risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
  • Maintain proper records of all construction activities and schedule updates.
  • Ensure documentation compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
