Sr. PHP Developer

Responsibilities: -
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, and related technologies.
Lead technical discussions and contribute innovative ideas to solve complex problems and
improve development processes.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless and visually appealing user interfaces.
Architect and implement backend solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and
security.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing code reviews and technical mentorship.
Debug and troubleshoot intricate technical issues, optimizing application performance and user
experience.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
Continuously improve coding standards, development methodologies, and processes.
Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and task breakdowns.
Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and system architecture.
Provide support and guidance during the testing and deployment phases of projects.
Effectively communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks to the team and stakeholders.
Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
5+ years of professional experience in PHP web development.
Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQLi, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-traffic web applications.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in leading development teams or projects is advantageous
