Roles & Responsibilities
Enterprise Network Engineer responsible for designing and managing large-scale LAN/WAN/SD-WAN environments, routing protocols, load balancers, and Layer-2 technologies.
Configures and maintains enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and network security controls.
Works with cloud network platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP to build secure and scalable connectivity.
Develops automation using Python/Ansible/Terraform to streamline network operations.
Uses monitoring and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues and improve network performance.
Handles major network incidents, root-cause analysis, and ensures high availability and reliability of the infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on enterprise networking experience.
Strong expertise in L2/L3 networking, firewall administration, and VPN technologies.
Proven experience with AWS/Azure/GCP networking.
Strong scripting knowledge in Python/Ansible/Shell for automation.
Excellent understanding of network security fundamentals.
Preferred Certifications
CCNP/CCIE
PCNSE / Fortinet NSE
AWS Network Specialty or Azure Network Engineer Associate
