Job Description

  • Lead business development initiatives focused on real estate projects, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Conduct technical due diligence to evaluate the feasibility, risks, and compliance aspects of real estate assets and projects.
  • Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and investment planning.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to advise senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and project management for integrated project delivery.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations based on research and due diligence findings.
  • Support negotiations and contract structuring related to real estate acquisitions and developments.
  • Ensure alignment of real estate strategies with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships including developers, investors, consultants, and government authorities.
