Sr.Manager/Manager/Dy Manager- Design

• To work as Structures Team Leader for Bridges and Leading Structural Design team for Detailed Design of our Marine Project i.e VBSL Project
• Provide strategic input and guidance to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications. Conduct comprehensive geotechnical investigations and analyses to develop and implement geotechnical design solutions including ground improvement to optimize foundation performance.
• Design coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver Design Engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct thorough reviews of design documentation to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• To do Enabling work
• To involve in design coordination between the consultant -M/s DAR, Al Handasah (Cairo), Proof checker M/s Spectrum, Authority Engineer – M/s LBG, site & Client- MSRDC.
• To design Cable stayed bridge with composite steel structure deck and steel pylon, segmental pylon 
• All drawings & design to be verified to suit constructability and check for optimistic design; 
• Certify all drawings for submission ensure their approval by conducting regular meetings with the Authority Engineer & also check the incorporation at site.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering innovative engineering solutions.
• To work as Structures Team Leader for Bridges and Leading Structural Design team for Detailed Design
•  To complete all Preliminary Design Works of Bridge modules (Typ.) of Detailed Design Submissions bridge modules.
• GFC Drawings preparation for the site.
• Frequent design interactions with client's engineers, with execution engineers at site for resolving practical construction issues in drawings, etc.
• Design Review & interface Meetings with the entire design team of Geotechnical, Marine, other interfaces, conducting regular meetings with In-house design teams, with Client's Construction & Planning Team & various stake holders.
