Inviting applications for the role of SeniorManager, Commerce eBusiness




The purpose of the role is to lead OpCos to implement Dynamics 365 solutions into business as usual. It entails the following two solutions:






  1. Customer Lifecycle management (Customer Master Data): Creation, update and offboarding of customer and








  1. Customer Technical Services (Commercial asset management - e.g. fridges).









Responsibilities






  • Leading business impact workshops, while explaining the global template solution to the business and identify process and system gaps to create a smooth transition towards the global solution








  • Train OpCo key users on the platforms with support from Central team to effectively embed the platform solutions into the new ways of working








  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for leveraging the platforms








  • Understanding configuration and customization options for an OpCo, while being able to be the guardian of the global standard.








  • Test the platforms in local environments to ensure integration with other relevant platforms









Qualifications we seek in you!




Minimum Qualifications / Skills






  • Bachelor%27s or Master%27s Degree preferably in Computer sciences, Sales or Business Management.








  • Strong project management experience in Digital Transformation and/or change management








  • Knows how to handle culturally diverse environments








  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.










  • Ability to lead and support users through change management processes.









Preferred Qualifications/Skills






  • Experience in Commercial roles








  • Experience with CRM platforms (MS Dynamics, Field Service), ERP implementations, or data management is a plus.
