Sr.Manager ROW (Rest of the World)
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SeniorBusiness Development Manager to expand our footprint across APAC, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and ANZ. The individual will play a pivotal role in driving new businesses, expanding relationships with existing accounts, and positioning i2e Consulting as a trusted partner to leading Pharma and Life Sciences organizations.
This role requires a strong understanding of the Pharma domain, proven expertise in IT services selling, and the ability to engage with C-suite executives and senior decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new logos and expanding business within existing client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers, influencers, and C-level executives in large Pharma and Life Sciences companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Promote i2e's portfolio of services: PPM, Clinical Data Management Services, Data Analytics, Data Engineering and AI-led solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities aligned with company strategy and revenue goals.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for APAC, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and ANZ and other focus regions.
- Collaborate with solutioning, delivery, pre-sales and marketing teams to create compelling client pitches, proposals, and value propositions.
- Represent i2e Consulting at industry events, webinars, and conferences; act as a speaker/panelist/moderator to demonstrate thought leadership and domain expertise.
- Track market trends competitor activities, and emerging clients need to refine business strategies.
- Stay updated with Pharma/Life Sciences trends, regulatory shifts, and client needs.
- Drive account management discipline, including regular pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in IT Services sales/business development, with a strong track record of success in Pharma and Life Sciences industry.
- Deep understanding of Pharma domain processes, challenges, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders across Clinical and R&D and adjacent domains
- Proven ability to sell complex digital transformation services and solutions (PPM, Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI).
- Strong network and connections with C-suite and senior decision makers in Pharma & Life Sciences.
- Experience in expanding business within existing accounts as well as winning new clients.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in representing organizations at industry forums as a speaker/panelist preferred.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with global teams, and deliver against ambitious revenue goals.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
