The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior / Lead Product Designer who can push the boundaries of what consumer experiences can be, at the intersection of AI, systems thinking, and human-centered design. This is not a role for someone who just ships screens. You'll shape product strategy, influence business outcomes, and build design systems that scale to millions.

As part of a fast-moving, high-ownership design team, you'll lead end-to-end design for flagship features and entirely new product lines. From 0 1 concepts to scaled experiences and play a key role in shaping the future of devotion-tech in India.

What You'll Do

• Own the design vision for key product areas, from research and concept to launch and iteration
• Design AI-powered, data-driven experiences that improve engagement, conversion, and retention
• Build and evolve scalable design systems for both mobile and web platforms
• Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to shape product roadmaps and define success metrics
• Leverage user insights, qualitative research, and behavioral data to inform and validate design decisions
• Champion design thinking and mentor junior designers, raising the bar for craft, systems thinking, and storytelling
• Push innovation through rapid experimentation, leveraging tools like Midjourney, DALLE, ChatGPT, Claude, and more

What We're Looking For

• 5-8+ years of product design experience in consumer tech, social, or gaming products
• Proven track record designing high-impact, user-centric experiences at scale (portfolio required)
• Deep expertise in interaction design, typography, layout, and visual systems
• Strong grasp of data-informed design, you connect pixels to metrics (engagement, retention, growth)
• Hands-on mastery of Figma and proficiency with rapid prototyping tools
• AI-fluent mindset, experimenting with AI in your design workflow or building AI-first features
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Bonus: Background from NID, NIFT, Srishti, IDC, MIT-ID, or equivalent design programs
