Title: Sr Graphic Designer
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru
Working Hours: 3.00 PM to 12.00 AM (Cab provided both ways)
The Opportunity
Clean Harbors is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer. This individual will be responsible for the implementation of marketing communications plans which require the Graphic Designer to aid in the development and execution of both internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of overall graphic design of internal and external communications (creative control over projects that are put in front of them).
- Transform projects from concept to design.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to ensure design needs are being met.
- Work within existing branding guidelines.
- Agency would be looked at as art director's, studio artists, pull visuals, taking ideas and conceptually improving them, photoshops (cool visuals) depending on the product.
- External slicks on product development, product label design, designs from scratch maintaining the consistent look and feel of Safety-Kleen.
- Oversight and management of print production.
- Development and maintenance of digital assets.
- Other duties as required.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 810 years of professional experience in design or related roles
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong working knowledge of macOS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with print production processes
- Ability to stay current with design trends and apply them effectively
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask and perform efficiently under tight deadlines
- Team-oriented with collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail
- Understanding of project management principles
- Experience in interactive design is a plus
- Skilled in reviewing and analyzing portfolios
- Experience in organizing and curating photography and graphics libraries
- Experience with Adobe AEM and Digital Asset Management is preferred
