Role and Responsibility:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, robust statistical and analytical models to support datadriven decisionmaking across supply chain functions.
- Translate business questions and operational issues into welldefined analytical use cases and solution approaches.
- Ensure analytics solutions are operationalized and embedded into business processes, planning tools, and decision workflows.
- Partner with data engineering, IT, and digital teams to ensure data availability, quality, and scalability for analytics use cases.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging analytics methods, and best practices in supply chain, data science, and advanced analytics, and apply them where relevant.
What we are looking for from your past experience
Experience requirement:
Must Have's
- Bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, statistics, engineering or similar
- Master's degree in data science or related quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)
- 5-8 years experience in supply chain Analytics, data science applied to Operations / Manufacturing, production planning, or supply planning analytics role
- Proven experience working with end-to-end supply chain data and constraints
- Handson experience implementing analytics solutions in an operational environment (not only conceptual work)
- Proficient in advanced excel (for analysis and validation)
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or R and SQL for analytics and data science.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
