- Conducting interviews and coordinating with HODs and Directors for further rounds of interviews, salary negotiations and Finalising candidates as per requirement
- Issuing offer letter and Appointment letter through mail and getting confirmation of joining of the candidate and give updates Of the new joinee to HOD and Directors
- Induction of the new joinee by making him familiar with the company. Introduction with the knack members. Briefing company Policies, rules and regulations and completing all joining formalities.
- Maintaining and handling Data management of all the employees and generate and provide reports to management as per the Requirement
- Handling all legal compliances and generating and submitting returns like PF challan, ESIC challan, LWF, ER-I, ER-II, Employment Exchange, Professional Tax in time
- Coordination with legal consultant, Advocates, Industrial & Safety Director and any legal officers as and when required for Handling and solving queries
- Framing policies as per the requirement of the management and ensuring implementation of the same in efficient and effective Way
- Doing employee engagement and organizing event during Diwali and organise kids competition as well of all the employees
- Maintaining reports and records as per the requirement of the management and provide them as and when required
- Handling Performance Appraisal Process as per defined process and ensure increment of employees in time by generating and Forwarding the reports to the management as per their requirement
- Ensuring and handling FNF process of employee leaving the organisation
- Identify the training needs and handling and organising training as per requirement
- Overviewing and managing all HR functions of factory remotely from Head Office as defined and as per requirement
- Visit factory for HR Audit on timely basis and generate its reports on timely basis
- Handling HR Functions of all verticals of Knack Group
- Handling all the legal compliances at factory and ensure it is followed by the factory HR department
- Handling Operations of the company by preparing SOPs of all the departments, Manpower, Machinery, etc.
- Conducting training of SOPs as per the requirement.
