Teconnex India, a UK-based MNC under the Hexadex Group, is a global leader in engineered clamping solutions for the automotive and aerospace industries.

As we continue to expand our presence in Automotive, Aerospace, Thermal Insulations & Bellows projects, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sr. Executive – Business Development to strengthen our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEM customers.
2. Manage RFQs, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Support commercial negotiations and execute sales strategies.
5. Track business opportunities and ensure timely project closures.
6. Coordinate customer meetings, plant visits, and business review discussions.

Eligibility

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

3–6 years of Business Development experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry.

Hands-on experience in OEM & Tier 1 customer handling and RFQ management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel as required.
