Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Executive/Asst Manager Quality Assurance, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, implementing quality assurance processes, monitoring manufacturing operations, conducting internal audits, and collaborating with teams to maintain regulatory requirements. The candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance in alignment with global pharmaceutical norms.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in conducting internal audits, handling quality management systems, and preparing documentation
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
  • Experience in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and developing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of compliance and process improvements
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in documentation and reporting
