Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager -Internal Audit

Reports to Senior Manager - Audit

Level/Grade - JM1/JM2

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

Development of Systems, Process Improvement, Cost control and identification of revenue leakages, conducting audit as per audit areas assigned, Preparation of audit committee.

Presentation ,Implementation foIIow up of pending observations.

Conducting audit as per audit areas assigned and preparation of audit reports.

Conducting Management, Operational, Process, Financial and compliance audits Discussion of audit reports with auditee and closure.

Identification of process improvement opportunities.

Implementation follow Up.

Assisting Head Audit in preparation of presentation for audit committee.

Any other jobs as assigned.

Important Competencies

Core Knowledge & understanding of Risk based audits ,Management audits ,Process audits Operational compliance financial audits, Auditing Report writing skills.

Standards, Accounting Standards & Guidelines, Knowledge of Rules and regulations, Presentation skills, Analytical Skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, SAP Knowledge in manufacturing sector, Fluent in English oral as well as written

Academic & Professional Qualification
Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant /MBA (Finance) with minimum 1 Years of Post Experience.

Experience (Specify if any particular area) - 1 year.

Current turnover of the company should be between 300-1k Cr.
