Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance
- Support the Director with scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and daily administrative activities.
- Act as a key point of contact between the Director and various departments.
- Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and execution of assigned tasks.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with branches and departments to collect, compile, and consolidate business reports.
- Track ongoing projects, assignments, and action items, providing regular status updates to the Director.
- Follow up with sales teams and other departments for timely submission of reports and performance data.
- Prepare structured reports, presentations, dashboards, and management summaries.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments and management.
- Ensure timely closure of action points and escalation of critical issues when required.
- Support business operations through effective coordination and follow-through.
Administrative Management
- Handle office administration and documentation activities.
- Maintain records, correspondence, meeting minutes, and important business documents.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, travel arrangements, and other administrative requirements.
MIS & System Management
- Utilize MS Office applications and ERP systems for reporting and data management.
- Conduct online research and prepare information summaries for management review.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of business data and reports.
