JD - Senior Executive- Accounts & Finance

Qualification: CA Freshers

1. Detailed role description:

• Oversee client relationships, including foreign clients, and provide exceptional services.

• Reviews and preparations of financial statements.

• Analyze cost data to identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Review and prepare business processes, plans, projections, and models.

• Prepare detailed cash flow statements.

• Prepare budgets and analyze budget versus actuals.

• Ensure budgetary compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Review the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Identify and address financial discrepancies and variances.

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial statements to management.

• Highlight key financial insights and performance metrics.

• Supervise and provide leadership to the team members.

• Encourage an efficient work environment.

• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

  
  

2. Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of financial statements & Accounting.

• Knowledge of Financial Ratios

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.

• Excellent Communication Skills (English: Read/Write/Speak)

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills

• Sharp time management skills

5. Job Location : Virtual office(8 hours working daily over Zoom call keeping the audio and video on during working hours)

4. Prerequisite :

• Own laptop and strong Wi-Fi connection.

• Night shift up to 2am (As per client's requirement)

• Preference is given to candidates based in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
