Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Track project progress, highlight delays, and escalate risks or issues to the project manager.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

Scheduling & Resource Management

  • Assist in developing and updating project schedules and timelines.
  • Monitor manpower, material deliveries, and equipment availability.
  • Support resource allocation and resolve bottlenecks impacting project progress.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support contract administration and change management processes.
  • Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met on site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline)
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2) are a plus

Experience:

  • 712 years in EPC project coordination or project control roles
  • Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects preferred

Key Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office
  • Good understanding of EPC project lifecycle, contracts, and construction processes
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
