About The Role
As an engineering manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions for our partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions that enhance our business operations. You will be responsible for delivering all the products to our partners based on their needs.
What You Will Do in This Role:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to understand requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement solutions that align with industry best practices and standards.
- Develop efficient and scalable code for both front-end and back-end components of applications.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, and provide timely support for production systems.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and mentor junior developers, automation engineers, and QA analysts as needed.
- Extremely good in Windows, Mac, and mobile (Android and iOS) automation.
- Good with test plans and estimates for QA deliverables.
- Experience with Team City, Jenkins, and GitHub. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong time management, project management, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- Able to work across time zones to support Japan, India/Czech, and the US.
What You'll Need to be Successful in this Role:
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate in computer science with 15+ years of experience in web development.
- Experience in building web APIs.
- Experience in front-end frameworks using Angular, React, and Vue.
- Excellent knowledge of database systems (MYSQL and MongoDB)
- Build scripts in PowerShell and Python.
- Knowledge of unit testing, code review, and CI/CD tools using Jenkins or Team City.
- Familiarity with agile software development.
- Python knowledge is mandatory for automation.
- Good at creating test plans and reviewing test cases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
