We are looking for a proactive Site24x7 Monitoring Engineer with hands-on experience in network device onboarding, firewall monitoring via pollers, backup management, application performance monitoring (APM), and cloud & data center device onboarding (Windows & Linux). The role involves end-to-end monitoring of enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
Configure and manage monitors in ManageEngine Site24x7 for servers, applications, network devices, and cloud services.
Deploy and manage On-Premise Pollers for monitoring on-premise devices and networks.
Configure thresholds, alert templates, escalation policies, dashboards, and SLA reporting.
Onboard network devices (Switches, Routers, Load Balancers) and firewall devices (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper etc).
Monitor device health, interface status, CPU/memory utilization, and bandwidth usage.
Troubleshoot polling failures and optimize monitoring efficiency.
Monitor backup jobs, storage usage, and backup servers for successful completion.
Configure alerts for backup failures or SLA breaches and coordinate with backup/storage teams.
Configure APM monitors for web, database, and enterprise applications.
Perform synthetic monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
Analyze response times, transaction traces, and logs to identify performance bottlenecks.
Onboard AWS, Azure, and GCP resources into Site24x7 and configure API-based integrations.
Monitor cloud VMs, databases, load balancers, storage services, and cost metrics.
Monitor Windows and Linux servers via agents in data center environments.
Track server availability, CPU, memory, disk usage, and critical services.
Perform 24x7 monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, and incident escalation via ITSM tools.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
36 years hands-on experience in ManageEngine Site24x7.
Strong knowledge of SNMP, TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and network fundamentals.
Experience onboarding and monitoring network/firewall devices via pollers.
Backup monitoring and management experience.
Hands-on experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
Cloud monitoring experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Windows and Linux server monitoring expertise.
ITIL process knowledge and incident management experience.

Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering.
ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
