About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Assistant Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day digital marketing activities in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how campaigns work end-to-end and is ready to lead execution, coordinate with teams, and drive performance across digital and offline channels in the solar industry.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across social media, WhatsApp, paid ads, and offline activities.

• Execute and optimize WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

• Support offline marketing initiatives such as events, site branding, canopies, and referral activities.

• Track, analyse, and report campaign performance metrics (leads, CPL, engagement, reach).

• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

• Strong understanding of social media marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and basic paid ads.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.

• Experience in real estate, solar, infrastructure, or B2C services is a plus.
