Job Location: Pune

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Lead Chassis systems development of New and all variants programs on passanger Cars.

2.Lead Chassis systems issue resolution and corrective actions on current production and warranty issues.

3.Manage conversion,FSS & TKH budgets & ensure monthly incurrence wit hin the given targets.

4.Provide effort estimation for new projects through estimation tools in terms of conversion man years & FSS, TKH costs in INR.

5. Represent Chassis team in Program level meetings as well as quality and manufacturing CFT and review meetings

6 . Drive resolution of issues and conflicts of chassis aggregates with other vehicle aggregates and provide clear direction to chassis team

7.Monitor progress status with respect to overall program timing and resolve any bottlenecks. Escalate issues if any.

8. Coordinate major prototype builds for entire chassis group for the program

9. Lead program meetings within chassis group

10. Share all program level information among Chassis teams

Key actions and decisions (Long term and Short term) Lead chassis aggregates team of New and all variants programs on passanger Cars.

• Represent Brakes & Controls team in Program level meetings as well as quality and manufacturing CFT and review meetings.
• Drive resolution of is sues and conflicts of chassis aggregates with other vehicle aggregates and provide clear direction to chassis team- Monitor progres s status of chassis deliverables with respect to overall program timing and resolve any bottlenecks. Escalate issues if any.
• Coor dinate major prototype builds for chassis parts for the program.
• Coordinate delivery of ALL programs deliverables like performance targets signoff, various milestone etc
• Co-ordiation of DMU reviews for all chassis aggregates projectwise.
