10 participate in CFT related to organizational requirements towards continual improvement (cost reduction, quality improvement etc.)
11 Should have good knowledge of Product design, Plastic & soft trims in Interiors
12 Feasibility study, Process & technology benchmarking
13 Proficient in TCE and TCUA PLM system for CAD update.
Responsibilities 1 Product design, development & validation of Interior parts like door trims, Pillar Trims, Headliners ..
2 CAD preparation, 3 D annotation, TPL creation, DML releases
3 DCR creation along with change part list
4 Benchmarking & Tear-down
5 Cost reduction & cost management
6 Added advantage if having Mold flow experience
7 Must have worked on Mounting startegy, master sections, packaging feasibility, Manufacturing & Assembly feasibility of Interior Trims parts
8 Product design, freezing layout & packaging
9 Release RFQ, with technical inputs & product characteristics
10 Co-ordination with supplier, finalizing technical scope, preparing synopsis
11 Interaction with various department
Preparation of Design Guidelines
12 DML release through PLM TCE & TCUA
13 Line tryouts of proposals to address issues in current & upcoming programs
