Job Description

  1. Ability to handle projects independently as the Lead Engineer for HVAC systems
  2. Specialized in pharma/cleanroom systems: HVAC design, AHU/DHU sizing, and energy-efficient solutions.
  3. Basis of Design, Schematics, Air Flow Diagrams
  4. Heat load Calculations, AHU Sizing & Selection
  5. Compliance with codes, optimizing Energy Efficiency, and collaborating with stakeholders for successful project delivery.
  6. Thorough Knowledge of AHUs, DHUs, Heater Bank, Chilled & Hot Water systems, Ducting, HEPA filters, etc.
  7. Design Detailing and Construction Documentation
  8. BOQs, Specifications, Tenders
  9. Sound knowledge of HVAC Erection and Construction Techniques.
  10. Monitor project progress and conduct inspections during construction.
  11. Excellent Communication skills and inter disciplinary coordination
  12. Well versed with MS-Office.& AutoCAD
  13. Working knowledge of Revit desired
