Reports to - DGM - Access Strategy and Partnerships
About the Function- ASP Team establishes and maintains relationships with global providers to enhance and expand the TCL network.
Purpose of your Role
The ASP Sr. Exe. - This is a position within Tata Communications, based in the SCM/ASP team and reporting to the DGM, ASP. This position focuses on ensuring offnet terminations for access network throughout the ASP International region including all TCL products and services. This role works with a team of experienced communications professionals who are responsible for terminating offnet access with Sales/CDA/SS/RA/OET/AP and other internal teams & offnet partners.
You will be based in Pune and working with providers throughout the ASP International region. In addition to ensuring offnet terminations on time, Sr. Exe for Access Management - Termination monitors necessary hygiene in systems across the TCL systems & portals. You will work routinely with both internal and external teams, establishing strong CFT relationships and liaising with teams to get things done on-time termination execution.

You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities)
Monitoring & Analysing terminations and providing timely responses within given TAT.
Maintaining relationships with CFT & team members in requesting & achieving resolution related to terminations.
Working with internal teams to ensure necessary changes related to terminations are provided in a timely fashion.
Working on cross-functional teams for automation, proactive termination updates, access databases, etc.
Working on termination and ensuring the hygiene parameters are adhered via IRT & other internal tools.
Working for necessary system development for necessary enhancement related to terminations trigger reaching ASP, SCM on time.

You have (Qualification and Experience)
Min. 2-5 years experience in telecommunications, ensuring adequate knowledge of fundamental telecom products and services.
Experience working in a fast-paced international environment.
Financial Acumen related to Telecommunications industry.
In-depth knowledge about telecom business, invoice payment, procedures, process & associated issues/challenges.
SAP hands-on knowledge & working experience.
Carrier relations or other provider experience in working with major global telcos.
Experience with portals and systems for carriers/vendors/partners.
Good communication and language skills.
