Job Title: Senior Consultant SAP SF - Learning Management System (LMS)

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Location: PAN India

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant SAP SF - Learning Management System (LMS)to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of LMS solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the LMS module, integration capabilities, compliance and certification tracking, and end-user experience design

Roles & Responsibility:

• Lead end-to-end implementation or rollout of SuccessFactors LMS module.
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution workshops, and fit-gap analysis.
• Configure LMS module including items, curricula, programs, catalogs, and assignment profile.
• Manage LMS security, workflows, notifications, and reporting setup.
• Integrate LMS with SuccessFactors BizX, third-party content providers, or external platforms.
• Define and implement compliance, certification, and learning paths.
• Collaborate with training teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
• Prepare and conduct user training, testing, and documentation.
• Manage cutover and go-live support activities.
• Support AMS or enhancement requests post go-live.
• Provide leadership to functional and technical teams in global/multi-country rollouts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field

SAP SuccessFactors LMS Certified Consultant (Mandatory)

Strong experience in at least 3-4 full-cycle LMS implementations

In-depth knowledge of:

o Item types, curriculum, catalogs, programs

o Learning assignments, auto-assignments, and evaluations

o SCORM/AICC content integration

o OData APIs and LMS connector knowledge

Familiarity with SuccessFactors Integration Center, BTP, or SAP CPI (a plus)

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
