We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sr. Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Nerve Cells AI Pvt Ltd. You should have a passion for technology-driven solutions, a knack for building strong client relationships, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: Previous similar experience with MBA
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads across targeted industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Present and promote company services, including IT, Embedded Systems, Defence (Drones & Anti-Drones), and AI solutions, to decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop proposals and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand the company's network.

Bonus Points for Familiarity with
- SaaS, IT Consultancy, Embedded Systems, IoT, Drone Technology, and AI-based solutions.
- B2B sales in technology or defence sectors.
- CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Preparing RFPs and proposals for enterprise clients.
- Experience with international sales or export markets.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.

8 hours a day, excluding breaks.
