- Experience: Hands on experience for more than 5 years
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborates effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document requirements
- Backlog Management: Manages the product backlog by creating and prioritizing Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Backlog Refinement: Refines the backlog for Sprints and across the Program Increment, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and ready for development
- Daily Scrum Participation: Actively participates in daily scrum meetings to provide updates on progress and address any blockers
- Clarification Point: Acts as the single point of contact for developers to raise any clarifications regarding requirements and User Stories, facilitating effective communication
- UAT Collaboration: Collaborates with the team to develop UAT test scenarios and conducts testing and verification activities for delivered capabilities, both within sprints and for major releases
- Release Documentation: Prepares comprehensive release notes and documentation to communicate changes and updates to stakeholders
- Agile Methodology Expertise: Demonstrates a strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes
