Role Overview:
As a Sr. Brand Solutions Executive, you'll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams ensuring every project, from social media campaigns to large-scale branding and production initiatives, runs seamlessly. You'll be responsible for managing client communication, understanding brand objectives, briefing creative teams, and overseeing timely, high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and smooth project delivery.
- Manage day-to-day execution of social media, branding, and digital campaigns.
- Work with internal teams (design, strategy, content, and production) to translate client briefs into actionable deliverables.
- Oversee timelines, approvals, and quality checks across all ongoing projects.
- Support photo/video shoots and production activities with attention to brand guidelines.
- Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Anticipate client needs and contribute to building long-term, value-driven relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- 23 years of experience in client servicing, brand management, or social media execution within an agency setup.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communication, and production workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams.
- Comfortable working from the office (Jogeshwari East) 5 days a week.
