About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Brand Executive to lead and execute brand campaigns, manage cross-functional projects, and contribute to overall brand growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving initiatives independently from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end brand campaigns and new product launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, digital, and sales) and external partners (agencies, vendors, influencers) for seamless execution.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics; create data-driven reports and dashboards using Excel.
- Support packaging, communication, and creative development in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure timely delivery of all initiatives.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in core brand management (FMCG preferred).
- Strong project management and coordination skills; ability to handle projects independently.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for the FMCG space and brand storytelling.
