Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Promote IT services such as web development, mobile app development, software solutions, and digital marketing services.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and reports.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Mentor junior BDEs and support team performance when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in direct sales within an IT services company.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
