Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (Direct Sales IT)

Location: [Indore / On-site / Hybrid]

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote IT services such as web development, mobile app development, software solutions, and digital marketing services.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and reports.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Mentor junior BDEs and support team performance when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in direct sales within an IT services company.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
